What Is Your Return Policy?
All items are FINAL SALE and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Broken or damaged products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of when your package shows as delivered.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not burned or damaged – and returned in original packaging.
Is It Easy To Return Items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. Please note we're not offering free return shipping labels at this time.
What Items Are Non-Refundable?
Items purchased past the 14 day return policy.
Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Undamaged items.
Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
Original shipping and handling fees.
Orders placed online cannot be returned to our retail locations.
Orders placed at retail locations cannot be returned online.
What If My Product Is Damaged?
Aviva Home guarantees its candles to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions.
If you receive a damaged item please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to assist you.
How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once your items are inspected by the return department, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
Is There A Restocking Fee?
There is a $75 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00
